The experiences are carried out within a period of 30 days after it is approved.
If the exact date of the experience is not indicated in the experience description, we will let you know once the celebrity has accepted your request.

If within 30 days after confirmation of the celebrity, you have not received your experience, we will refund 100% of your money.
